Ahh... Maine. When I think of Maine I think of fresh lobster, cool moose, and dramatic coastlines. I think of small towns that tick to a slower more relaxed pace were you can find picket fences and old fishing boats. I think of classic new england food such as clam chowder and fine blueberry pies for sample at the town bake sale. As a youth I spent many summers here and remember a place where people welcomed your dog as much as they welcomed you, if not more. Maine is a place where you can breath fresh air and swim in clean seas. You can explore the 3500 miles of coast or 17 million acres of woodlands and for once find solitude. There are no cell phones of televisions just pristine unspoiled sceanery and clear starry skys. This is why I love Maine. One day I'll call it home (so look out for my photography studio!).
