Sneak Peak – Meet Kamran

I just couldn’t resist.  Meet Kamran, just 11 weeks old and sporting the most gorgeous eyelashes in all of London.  Here’s just a couple of my favorites.

Picnic at Walpole Park

The weather in London has been brilliant so out of the house and off to the park for a picnic.  It’s sad to think that this may be one of our last picnics at the beautiful Walpole park as we are picking up and moving.  Next month we will packing our things away, saying our goodbyes, and snapping our last photos of beautiful London as we cross the pond to settle in Portland, Maine.  That’s right, Maine… population 1.3 million for the entire state which is just over 35,000 square miles.  To put some scale to this, England has just over 50,000 square miles and London has about 7.5 million people living there.  It will be quite the change and we are really looking forward to the open space, ocean and different way of life.  We’re going to miss it here.. London will always have a special place in our hearts (especially when the weather is good!).

I Can’t Decide

Which one do you prefer?  I can’t decide so I posted both versions.  I took this one this morning on an early walk through Walpole Park in Ealing.  Leo likes to wake up at 5:30 these days and is ready to go.  So much for a Sunday lie-in!  Have a great rest of your weekend.

New Sox Jacket and Shades

For Easter Sunday Leo decided to look his coolest with his new aviator shades and Red Sox jacket (24 month version, thanks Ali!).  The boys at the park were all jealous or wondering what football the Red Sox were.  What’s baseball??  where in England!

Happy Easter!!

Just a few wedding photos

Gemma and I could not have had a more perfect wedding.  Thank you to all of you who joined us on our special day.  Now that the dust has settled and my family has all gone back to their homes in the U.S. I’ve had a couple moments to check out my photos.  Unfortunately, I don’t have many because I went camera free for the day.  It was quite liberating but now I’ve got very little to show off from our special day.  I would have loved to photograph our wedding!! Seriously…  perfect couple,  cute baby, beautiful setting, gorgeous church, cool & fun families… the list could go on and on.  Our photographer, Sally Ryde assured me that we will be seeing her work in about 2 weeks.  I can’t wait.  I’ll even make a slide show.  Here’s the few from my camera.
