Soon the Harley Street Clinic will be conducting an auction to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.  What a great cause and perfect reason to contribute with a quick photo sessions after work.  It was a 15 min session staring Jocelyn who did a fantastic job showing off this dress soon to be auctioned off to the lucky and generous bidder.  Here’s a little sample of the shoot.

okay, so I got a bit artsy with the second one… just having a bit of fun.

All meal are an adventure with Leo! On today’s menu was Gemma’s homemade mushy salmon with cheese sauce (yum!), 2 carrot crunchy sticks, Ella’s strawberries and apple paste and one kiwi to share. It looks like Leo is getting more of a savory tooth as he is finally starting to like the salmon and cheese. They say fish is brain food… Did I mention tooth? Yup, Leo has one of them too.

I’ve been experimenting with some low light indoor photography without the use of a flash.  So I popped on my 50mm f/1.8 for a trial and was very happy with the result.  Amazingly, for a lens that’s less than 1/10 the cost of the big 17-55mm brick that’s usually on the bonnet of my camera, it managed some exceptional shots.  Here’s a photo of Leo to illustrate this. And just look at that bokeh that an f/1.8 makes.  Very nice. What a gorgeous little boy!
